This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the guest experience through meticulous management of cleaning services, laundry operations, and custodial tasks. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial services, ensuring all tasks meet quality standards. Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to deliver consistent service excellence while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols. Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Enforce safety procedures related to chemical handling, equipment use, and workplace safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event setups that require meticulous attention to detail. Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial management within a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong background in cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning practices, and janitorial operations. Experience managing laundry services and maintaining high standards of hygiene in guest rooms and public areas. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive working environment. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service expectations is highly desirable. Knowledge of safety protocols related to custodial work and chemical handling is preferred.
