Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, floor care, and maintenance standards are met or exceeded. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure efficient operations. Address guest requests or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues effectively. Implement health and safety policies to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment for staff and guests. Support scheduling efforts to optimize staffing levels based on occupancy rates and operational needs. Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of janitorial practices. Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning, and use of cleaning machinery. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service expectations.
