Job Description

Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public areas, and laundry (if applicable) Supervise, train, and support housekeeping team members, including supervisors and attendants Ensure consistent cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality Assist with scheduling, staffing levels, and labor cost control Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies and equipment Address guest requests and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner Support department budgeting efforts and track expenses Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations 3-7 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role Experience in hotel or hospitality environments preferred Basic understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and labor management Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Good communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with cleaning procedures, products, and safety standards The Housekeeping Manager oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. This role focuses on leading the team, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient operations while contributing to a positive guest experience.
