About The Role The primary responsibility of the Housekeeping Supervisor is to assist the Operations/Rooms Manager with overall property condition, oversee all duties performed by the housekeeping staff, responding to guest requests/work orders, coordinating vendor projects and improving the overall aesthetics of the property. What You'll Do Lead and support the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout guest rooms and public spaces. Assign daily tasks, inspect completed work, and provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback. Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience and timely resolution of issues. Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure efficient operations. Coordinate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and other departments to maintain room readiness and property standards. Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and developing housekeeping team members. Conduct routine room inspections, deep-cleaning programs, and lost-and-found procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on guest satisfaction and continuous improvement. Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry. The ability to stand for extended periods of time Excellent organizational and time management skills Must exhibit good judgment while performing under pressure. Must be dedicated to our goal of providing superior guest experiences. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office and general computer usage.
