Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, staff development, and conflict resolution. Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, laundry operations, and custodial work. Experience overseeing large teams involved in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality services. Familiarity with management of custodial supplies, laundry systems, and commercial cleaning equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
