Housekeeping Manager Hotel 32One San Francisco, CA Job Details Full-time $70,304 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Vendor relationship building Teamwork Operations management English High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Full Job Description Hotel 32One is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and/or Area General Manager and plays a key leadership role in ensuring efficient housekeeping operations and exceptional guest experiences. Essential Responsibilities Lead, train, motivate, and support the housekeeping team; Ensure housekeeping procedures, training materials, and operational standards are consistently followed; Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain Hotel 32One quality standards; Monitor guest satisfaction and professionally address guest concerns or service issues; Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and departmental organization; Coach employees, monitor performance, and assist with employee development and disciplinary matters as needed; Maintain housekeeping logs, inventory records, and operational documentation; Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality products and cost-effective operations; Work closely with other hotel departments to support daily operations and guest service; Promote a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment; Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards; and Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience preferred; Prior hotel, hospitality, or custodial experience required; Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail; Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays; Fluency in English required; Mandarin or Cantonese speaking preferred. Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent required; Two to three years of progressive hotel or hospitality experience preferred; Hospitality-related coursework or training is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting required; Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

$70,304.00 per year
