•Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance within our hospitality environment. In this vital role, you will oversee the quality of housekeeping services, conduct inspections, and ensure that all guest areas, staff quarters, and public spaces meet our rigorous cleanliness and safety protocols. Your leadership will help create a welcoming, spotless atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction and maintains our reputation for excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, implement quality control procedures, and contribute to a memorable guest experience. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and staff accommodations to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and safety regulations Supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain high service quality Identify areas needing improvement or repair and coordinate with maintenance teams to address issues promptly Monitor cleaning procedures, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitation of bathrooms, laundry services, and waste disposal to ensure consistency and efficiency Implement and enforce health and safety protocols related to custodial work and chemical handling Maintain detailed records of inspections, cleaning schedules, and corrective actions taken Promote a culture of excellence in cleanliness and hospitality through leadership and motivation Experience 1 year of supervisory experience in housekeeping operations Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or custodial services within hotels or similar hospitality settings Extensive janitorial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment Strong background in laundry operations and linen management Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and oversee teams effectively Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and hotel operations is highly desirable Experience in implementing quality control measures for cleanliness and safety standards Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring every space is pristine, safe, and welcoming.
