Duties Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and assign tasks to custodial staff, ensuring timely completion of all cleaning duties Supervise and motivate cleaning teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork Oversee janitorial operations across multiple sites, including commercial buildings and private homes Conduct quality inspections to verify cleaning standards meet company policies and client expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper maintenance Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Handle client communications, address concerns promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning services management or supervisory roles within hospitality, commercial cleaning, or custodial environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively Extensive janitorial and custodial experience, including familiarity with laundry and housekeeping procedures Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and equipment maintenance Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving setting Previous hotel, hospitality or Janitorial management experience is highly desirable Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and vendors Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding cleanliness and service!
