You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks, as well as maintaining our storage space, pick up and drop off of laundry, and working with our managment team . Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure spaces are pristine, well-maintained, and inviting for residents, clients, and visitors alike. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities while developing valuable skills in maintenance and cleaning operations. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window washing, and disinfecting surfaces to promote a hygienic environment Assist with custodial responsibilities to ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards Support facilities maintenance by identifying minor repairs or maintenance needs and reporting them promptly Engage in industrial cleaning tasks when required, utilizing specialized equipment for large-scale or heavy-duty cleaning projects Maintain cleanliness logs and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly Laundry drop off and pick up Maintaining inventory lists Communicating with Cleaners to ensure availibility and execution for daily cleanings. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services or related fields preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and industrial cleaning equipment Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety Basic understanding of facilities maintenance tasks; experience with residential painting or general upkeep is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently Join us if you're motivated to keep environments spotless while honing your skills in maintenance and cleaning!
