Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of both resort properties, including hotel room management and guest services Lead and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency Submit supply requests and manage inventory to ensure all operational needs are met Maintain and enforce room standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols Monitor and improve operational efficiency, ensuring timely completion of tasks Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resort operations

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in hotel or resort management or a similar hospitality role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of hotel operations, including room standards and supply management Flexibility to work year-round, including weekends and holidays as needed Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges Our resort offers a lively, supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
