Our leader will a critical leadership role in delivering a clean, safe, and welcoming campus environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This position oversees daily custodial operations across multiple buildings and event spaces while ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong client partnership. The ideal candidate brings deep custodial expertise in a campus setting, excels at proactive customer service, and demonstrates the confidence and communication skills needed to influence C‑suite executives and senior campus leaders. Incentives Annual Incentive Plan Bonus and Relocation What You'll Do Lead and manage daily custodial operations across a large, multi‑building university campus, ensuring consistent quality and safety. Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management for frontline custodial teams, including non‑union employees. Implement and monitor and report out on Sodexo cleaning standards, quality assurance programs, and COVID‑response protocols to maintain a healthy campus environment. Partner closely with university leadership to support events, special projects, and evolving campus needs with a proactive, service‑focused approach. Track budgets, supply usage, and operational metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Manage work orders in the
