Position Summary Sitzmark Vail is seeking a motivated and dependable Houseperson to support our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is interested in growing into a leadership role.

Boutique property with strong team culture Growth-focused environment with real advancement opportunities Prime location in Vail Village Opportunity to build a long-term career in hospitality leadership Key Responsibilities Assist housekeepers by stocking carts with linens, towels, and other supplies Deliver clean linens and remove trash from guest rooms and public areas Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, hallways, elevators, and back-of-house areas Ensure public areas (lobby, restrooms, pool deck, office) are clean, presentable, and well-maintained Respond promptly to guest and housekeeping requests (e.g., extra towels, cribs, rollaways) Support housekeepers with trash removal and recycling Assist Housekeepers with stripping beds and gathering linens Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to supervisors Assist with receiving and organizing housekeeping deliveries Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures at all times Use cleaning equipment and chemicals according to brand and safety standards Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests and respond to requests efficiently Uphold Sitzmark Vail's service standards and contribute to a welcoming guest environment Supervisor-in-Training Opportunity High-performing Housepersons may be selected for structured supervisory development.
