Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage our housekeeping operations with enthusiasm and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of our hospitality environment, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. As an energetic leader, you will motivate your team, uphold high standards of cleanliness, and implement efficient cleaning and custodial procedures that reflect our commitment to excellence. Your expertise in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management will drive the success of our operations and elevate guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding cleaning and custodial services across all areas of the property Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards to ensure a consistently pristine environment Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely and efficient handling of linens, towels, and guest clothing Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and facilities to maintain high cleanliness standards Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and janitorial equipment; coordinate procurement as needed Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike Qualifications Proven supervising experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial management within a hospitality setting Strong background in cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry services, and janitorial operations Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards related to housecleaning management Experience with managing inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests in a professional manner Join us as an Executive Housekeeper to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering spotless environments that delight our guests.
