Position Overview The Public Area Supervisor oversees public area cleaning teams to ensure resort-level cleanliness, staffing coverage, and service standards across all guest-facing spaces. Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct public area attendants across lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and common spaces Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness meets brand and TSC standards Assign tasks, monitor attendance, and coach team members in real time Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to respond to guest requests Maintain supply inventory and submit replenishment requests Complete shift reports and escalate any facility issues promptly Qualifications Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or public area operations required Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred Strong communication and team leadership skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid training and career development Advancement opportunities within TSC A respectful, team-first work environment #INDrecruitment This list of essential functions, other duties, mental and physical demands, requirements, and any licenses are not meant to be exhaustive.
