Must have long-term care experience Must have experience as a Director of Maintenance & Housekeeping in long-term care Must be extremely hands-on Must have excellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in group situations
Responsibilities:
The Housekeeping/Maintenance Director is responsible for the development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of maintenance, housekeeping and laundry services within the facility Hands on maintenance is a must Must be able to communicate information effectively to appropriate personnel regarding emergency situations.
