Role:

As the Maintenance and Housekeeping Director , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our maintenance and housekeeping departments.

This includes:

Maintaining a clean and safe environment : Overseeing the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of our facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and equipment. Managing a team of staff : Leading and supervising a team of maintenance and housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance. Coordinating repairs and maintenance : Working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance of our facility and equipment. Implementing quality control measures : Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
