Cleaning Team Lead / Field Supervisor

Job Overview A New Tomorrow Cleaning is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Cleaning Team Lead / Field Supervisor to manage daily cleaning operations, lead a small team, and ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards. This position combines leadership, cleaning, and operational responsibilities including inventory management and weekly laundry. This is a working leadership role — you will be cleaning alongside your team while also keeping everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of cleaners in residential homes Ensure all cleanings meet company quality standards Keep teams on schedule and maintain productivity throughout the day Communicate with management regarding progress, issues, and updates Step in to assist with cleaning as needed

Operations Responsibilities:

Maintain and restock cleaning caddies daily Monitor and manage supply inventory Ensure all equipment is organized and ready for use Complete weekly laundry (rags, mop heads, etc.) Qualifications Strong attendance and reliability (required) Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or supervisory experience preferred Ability to lead a team and hold others accountable Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Must have reliable transportation
