The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Director of Housekeeping in:
  • Leading production of the staff.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the entire property.
  • Inspection of rooms and public areas.
  • Communicating and working well with housekeeping staff and all other departments.
  • Training, supervising, coaching and counseling employees.
We are looking for a self-starter that can not only direct but also work alongside their staff. Someone highly organized, with an eye for detail, who will lead by example.
Physical Requirements include:
long hours on your feet, frequent walking and standing, climbing stairs, pushing/pulling up to 75 pounds and carrying/lifting up to 30 pounds unassisted. Previous verifiable experience is needed. Bilingual a plus. Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
