Key Responsibilities Supervision & Leadership:

Manage, train, and coach cleaning staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback

Daily Operations:

Oversee cleaning schedules, inspect work areas, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations

Staff Training:

Train new employees on cleaning processes, equipment use, and safety protocols

Resource Management:

Maintain and restock cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory

Quality Control:

Inspect work to ensure it meets established cleanliness and safety standards

Problem Solving:

Address issues such as equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or customer complaints promptly

Compliance:

Enforce health and safety regulations, and ensure all work aligns with facility or client requirements

Skills & Qualifications Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills for leading teams and resolving issues

Knowledge of Safety & Sanitation:

Understanding of OSHA or similar regulations, and cleaning product safety

Physical Stamina:

Ability to perform manual labor, operate cleaning equipment, and work in varied environments

Administrative Skills:

Experience with scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping
