Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to deliver efficient service while adhering to safety and quality guidelines Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity and guest satisfaction Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facilities, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with company standards Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational flow Enforce safety protocols related to cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and equipment use to create a safe working environment Collaborate with other departments such as front desk and maintenance to address guest requests or maintenance issues promptly Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or hotel setting Supervising or management experience in housekeeping or related fields Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, laundry operations, and hotel housekeeping standards Excellent organizational skills for scheduling, inventory management, and quality control Effective communication skills for training staff and coordinating with other departments Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor where your leadership will elevate our service standards!
