Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. This role is crucial for ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding the reputation of our establishment. Duties Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices in custodial care and floor maintenance. Implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules around events or high occupancy periods. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and in good working condition. Address guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Experience Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hotel or hospitality industry is essential. Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and floor care methods. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
