We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housekeeping services to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with established cleanliness and safety standards. Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and respond to specific resident needs. Address and resolve any housekeeping-related concerns or issues raised by residents or staff.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in an assisted living or healthcare setting. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and staff members. Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines for cleanliness in assisted living facilities.
