Job Description
30-A Beach Properties is a premier vacation rental company with properties mostly in and nearby Rosemary Beach. We are looking to expand our housekeeping team with experienced cleaners, cleaning teams, property Inspectors, and light maintenance who can help us continue to provide an elevated experience for our homeowners and guests. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning the inside and some outside elements of properties, handling linens and supplies to and from our warehouse, etc Property inspector's are responsible for a final walkthrough of a vacation rental after cleaning, but before guests arrive, ensuring everything is working, clean, doing light maintenance tasks, tidying courtyard's, balconies, bikes etc. Both roles pay by the job, and could be filled by the same person(s). You're invited to join an enthusiastic team, with a great working environment in some of Rosemary Beach's most beautiful properties.
