Job Description

```Duties```
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed
  • Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping personnel to ensure efficient workflow
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
  • Respond to guest requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions ```Skills```
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping management principles and practices
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
  • Proficient in commercial cleaning techniques and procedures
  • Ability to effectively train, motivate, and manage a diverse team of housekeeping staff
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
