Job Description Supervise and motivate housekeeping team members, including staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and monitoring performance to ensure adherence to service and productivity standards and total guest satisfaction. Assign duties and review work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures. Complete assigned projects monthly and track progress. Supervise daily and weekly labor and manage departmental expenses. Communicate effectively with guests and employees, both verbally and in writing, providing clear direction and guidance to staff. Organize, conduct, or attend meetings to share and receive pertinent information. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience, leading teams in housekeeping, janitor services or facilities cleaning Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push, and or/move up to 35 pounds Must be able to use a mobile device Customer Service Skills Additional Information Why Westgate?
