Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Environmental Services Director to lead our housekeeping, laundry, and sanitation operations. This position ensures compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements while promoting a high standard of cleanliness throughout our facility. Responsibilities Lead and supervise environmental services staff. Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and sanitation schedules. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control standards. Manage departmental budget, supplies, and inventory. Coordinate with other departments to promptly address environmental needs. Serve as the facility's point of contact during inspections. Support emergency preparedness and infection prevention measures. Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of environmental services leadership, preferably in healthcare. Strong knowledge of infection prevention and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
