In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, ensure quality control, and uphold safety protocols. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse responsibilities within a fast-paced, service-oriented setting, emphasizing excellence in cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and maintenance tasks Lead and motivate housekeeping staff to meet performance standards and uphold cleanliness protocols Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality standards are maintained Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure availability and proper usage Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all staff Collaborate with management to develop schedules, assign tasks, and optimize workflow efficiency Skills Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality or commercial settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, janitorial procedures, laundry operations, and safety standards Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in quality control inspections Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Effective communication skills for training staff and coordinating with other departments
