Hotel Room Inspector $17/hr + Weekly Pay

Overview:

Vertex Hospitality Solutions is currently hiring a Housekeeping Room Inspector for a high-volume resort in Winter Haven, FL. This critical role ensures that all guest rooms and common areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety. The Room Inspector collaborates closely with the housekeeping team, offering feedback and support to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction, in line with brand and company standards.

Responsibilities:

Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and service areas after they have been cleaned to verify adherence to cleanliness and presentation standards. Ensure that housekeeping team members follow proper procedures and deliver consistent, high-quality service. Report maintenance issues or damages and ensure timely follow-up. Complete and maintain accurate inspection logs and daily reports to ensure thorough documentation. Verify that amenities, linens, and supplies are adequately stocked and displayed. Assist in addressing guest concerns related to room cleanliness or service. Enforce and promote safety, sanitation, and brand compliance standards

Qualifications:

Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience strongly preferred High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
