In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, and motivate staff to maintain a welcoming environment. Your leadership will be vital in coordinating cleaning activities, managing supplies, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet quality standards. Implement and enforce safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, janitorial practices, and equipment handling. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and laundry items; place orders as needed to ensure seamless operations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, laundry areas, and public spaces to uphold cleanliness and safety protocols. Develop work schedules for team members, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and special events. Collaborate with management to improve housekeeping procedures, guest experience, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial services within the hospitality industry. Strong background in cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry operations, and janitorial services. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or team management experience. Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial cleaning equipment and hazardous materials handling. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Effective communication skills to lead teams and coordinate with other hotel departments.
