务必附上好友备注：姓名+运营+indeed •工作时间：朝九晚六，双休 •参考职责描述： 1）数据监控与运营洞察搭建/维护区域核心运营看板（站点&枢纽货量、线路、时效、成本、异常等），输出日报/周报/月报对关键指标进行监控预警：发现异常波动、追溯根因，提出可落地的改善动作质疑数据、核对口径：确保数据真实可追踪，推动站点按统一口径上报与复盘 2）异常管理与闭环推进负责运营异常的发现、分级、跟进与闭环（例如：积压、缺运力、延误、扫描异常、漏扫/错扫、线路不合理等）组织跨部门快速协同（站点/干线/运力/仓内/网络规划/系统等），推动问题按SLA解决建立异常处理SOP与案例库，沉淀复盘机制，减少重复问题 3）SOP落地与现场运营支持推动站点关键SOP落地（入库/扫描/分拣/装车/交接/异常处理/安全等），提升标准化与执行一致性可下现场/出差支持站点：现场诊断流程卡点，辅导一线把"正确动作"做起来组织培训、流程优化、现场稽核与整改跟进 4）网络拓展与项目落地支持新站点启动、扩容、搬仓、线路调整等项目：制定计划、协调资源、跟踪节点交付参与选址/产能评估/设备物资准备/启动验收等工作（偏落地执行与推进）项目过程风险识别与问题处理，确保按时间/成本/质量交付 5）跨部门协同与机制建设作为运营与运力/网络/仓内/系统之间的衔接人，推动信息透明与协同效率维护区域周例会机制、问题池、行动项追踪表，确保"有负责人、有节点、有结果"
