We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Environmental Services Manager to oversee multiple Skilled Long-term Care facilities located in Atlanta, GA. The Regional Environmental Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple environmental services accounts within local, state, and federal guidelines, client relations, along with ensuring that the housekeeping services offered to the customer are of superior quality. Department Environmental Services Employment Type Full Time Location Atlanta - GA Workplace type Onsite Compensation $85,000 - $90,000 / year Regional Environmental Services Manager Key Duties Oversee and support multiple Housekeeping Departments in skilled nursing facilities. Ensure the Housekeeping and Laundry Department is operating within local, state, and federal regulations. Ability to successfully manage the Depart. Of Health Survey Process. Provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure the Housekeeping and Laundry operates withing quality standards. Develop and maintain positive client and customer relationships. Successful fiscal management, achieve company and client financial budgets. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Regional Environmental Services Manager Qualifications Minimum 2 years multi-site housekeeping management experience. Skilled nursing home, hospital, or healthcare housekeeping management required. Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory. Valid driver's license is required. High school diploma or GED required.
