- Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mitigation Manager to lead our efforts in managing and reducing risks across our facilities.
This pivotal role involves overseeing mitigation operations, ensuring that all spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The Mitigation Manager will supervise teams responsible for maintaining hygienic environments in residential and commercial settings, fostering a culture of excellence in disaster recovery management. Duties Lead and supervise restoration teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service across multiple sites Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address cleanliness issues promptly and effectively Oversee daily operations of organizing, managing, and coordinating teams Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning and maintenance activities Coordinate with customers and insurance adjusters on the process from start to finish of the mitigation process Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize operational efficiency Conduct regular inspections to uphold IIRC standards and identify areas for improvement Provide leadership during emergency cleaning situations or special mitigation projects Experience Must have 2 years of Management experience in Mitigation Proven supervising experience in custodial services, restoration management or commercial cleaning environments Extensive janitorial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols according to state and IIRC standards Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Background in Mitigation or Emergency restoration industry preferred, with knowledge of insurance adjusting terminology standards Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills Experience coordinating large-scale cleaning or mitigation projects preferred Familiarity with equipment management is a plus Join us to lead our team in restoring homes and businesses to their original beauty that exceed expectations!
