Housekeeping Supervisor Park Place Nursing & Rehabilitation | Monroe, GA Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Weekly Pay Park Place Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Environmental Services team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. If you have leadership experience in housekeeping, environmental services, or custodial operations and enjoy working in a healthcare setting, we encourage you to apply. Position Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff Ensure resident rooms, common areas, offices, and facility grounds are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness Train, mentor, and support housekeeping team members Conduct routine inspections and quality audits of assigned areas Manage housekeeping schedules and daily assignments Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and submit orders as needed Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines Address housekeeping concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with department heads to maintain a clean and comfortable environment throughout the facility Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping, environmental services, or custodial management required Experience in a nursing home, long-term care, rehabilitation center, hospital, or healthcare setting preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of infection control practices and cleaning procedures Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Why Join Park Place?
