Duties Supervise daily car wash operations to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery Lead and motivate a team of attendants and janitorial staff to maintain excellent performance standards Implement cleaning procedures that meet safety and quality regulations, including vehicle exterior and interior detailing Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated workforce Oversee maintenance of equipment and supplies to ensure smooth operation and safety compliance Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and welcoming for customers at all times Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive customer experience Skills Proven supervising or management experience in cleaning, custodial, or hospitality environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Extensive janitorial or commercial cleaning experience with attention to detail Knowledge of laundry or housekeeping management is a plus Excellent organizational skills to coordinate daily operations efficiently Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers alike Familiarity with safety protocols related to cleaning equipment and facility maintenance This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant team in a service-oriented environment.
