We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help guide a hardworking team while ensuring every room and public space reflects the high standards our guests expect. What You'll Do As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our hotel experience: Lead by example by performing all housekeeping duties when needed Ensure guest rooms and public areas are consistently clean, comfortable, and inviting Support hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling of housekeeping team members Foster a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment Assist with coaching, performance management, and employee engagement Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and brand standards Monitor inventory, supplies, and key control procedures Oversee and maintain accurate lost & found records Safely handle cleaning chemicals and operate commercial laundry equipment Step in wherever needed to support team success and daily operations What We're Looking For A team player with a strong work ethic and leadership mindset Detail-oriented with high cleanliness and quality standards Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment A passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences Why Join Radisson Cedar Rapids?
