Executive Housekeeper - Country Inn & Suites Meridian The Country Inn & Suites in Meridian is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas that meet brand and company standards, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The Executive Housekeeper oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department, promotes a safe and efficient work environment, and ensures service quality remains high while staying within budget. This position also plays a key role in hiring, training, coaching, and motivating housekeeping team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to maintain high cleanliness and quality standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
