In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations across our property, ensuring a welcoming, spotless environment for guests and staff alike. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to excellence, efficiency, and attention to detail, creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Duties Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities, including cleaning, floor care, and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Develop and implement cleaning schedules and standards to ensure consistent quality across all areas Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety compliance, and overall presentation of the property Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring cost-effective usage and timely replenishment Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests promptly and resolve any cleanliness or maintenance issues Promote a positive team environment through motivation, recognition, and ongoing professional development Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial leadership roles with a strong background in cleaning and floor care Extensive knowledge of janitorial practices, industrial cleaning methods, and hospitality industry standards Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction Familiarity with hotel operations, guest service protocols, and safety regulations within the hospitality sector Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to motivate staff and collaborate across departments Previous experience with housekeeping management software or inventory systems is a plus Join us as we create memorable experiences by maintaining pristine environments that reflect our passion for hospitality.
