Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Room Inspector to join our team and ensure that every guest experiences the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will meticulously inspect hotel rooms and public areas, uphold cleanliness standards, and support the overall guest experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality excellence will help create memorable stays for our guests. Attention to detail will be KEY. An EYE for the little things is important. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public spaces to verify cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages requiring attention Ensure all cleaning procedures are followed according to hotel policies and industry best practices Collaborate with housekeeping staff to address deficiencies and improve overall room quality Maintain detailed inspection logs and documentation for quality assurance purposes Assist in training new staff on inspection protocols and cleanliness standards Support the implementation of floor care routines, including carpet cleaning and surface polishing, to uphold pristine environments Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning equipment Experience in hospitality or custodial management is a plus Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service expectations is advantageous Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality by ensuring every room meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
