Full Time Housekeeper and head hosekeeper

## Job Overview We are seeking a Head Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and possess excellent organizational skills. ## Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the cleaning staff to ensure all rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards
• Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Handle scheduling, including assigning tasks and shifts to housekeeping staff
• Address customer inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services ## Experience ###

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of commercial and residential cleaning practices
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to oversee laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques ###

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Cooking skills for preparing staff meals
• Experience in custodial work
