Duties Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to standard Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness protocols and customer service excellence Manage scheduling, assign duties, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, laundry facilities, and custodial spaces to ensure quality standards are met Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, and janitorial equipment Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations related to cleaning and sanitation Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction Experience Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within hotels or hospitality settings Strong background in cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning practices, laundry operations, and janitorial services Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel industry standards, hospitality best practices, and safety regulations Experience with housekeeper management systems or related software is a plus Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach Prior experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable Join us in creating welcoming spaces where guests feel at home!
