This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a home to the highest standards while proactively managing household needs. This position will begin as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role if desired for the right person. Key Responsibilities Maintain the residence in immaculate condition through routine and deep cleaning Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and sanitize all living spaces Clean and maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Make beds and change linens Load and unload the dishwasher Wash, fold, iron, and organize laundry Care for fine furnishings, finishes, and household items with attention to detail Organize closets, pantries, cabinets, and storage areas Maintain an orderly and clutter-free home Monitor household inventory and restock supplies before they run low Receive and organize deliveries and packages Coordinate routine service appointments and communicate maintenance needs Oversee vendors and contractors when necessary Maintain pantry and refrigerator organization Light meal prep Run household errands Assist with special household projects Perform additional duties to support the smooth operation of the residence Qualifications Previous experience as a housekeeper, executive housekeeper, or household manager in a private home preferred Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Professional, trustworthy, and discreet Strong time management and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license U.S. citizen/authorized to work in U.S. Schedule Part-time to start (flexible based on candidate availability)
