Executive Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. Duties Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping staff to ensure consistent delivery of cleaning services across guest rooms, suites, public areas, and staff facilities Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with hospitality industry best practices Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodations and public spaces to maintain cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, janitorial equipment use, and customer service expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, laundry services, and custodial equipment to optimize efficiency and cost control Oversee laundry operations for linens, towels, etc. turn around and quality standards are met Lead by example in promoting a culture of excellence in hospitality service, leadership, and teamwork Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar hospitality environment with supervisory or leadership responsibilities Strong background in cleaning techniques, janitorial practices, laundry operations, and custodial services Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to develop schedules, manage inventories, and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and supplies as well as safety protocols related to custodial work Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Prior experience in hospitality or hotel settings is highly preferred Join us as an Executive Housekeeper where your expertise will elevate our service standards!
