Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet quality standards and safety protocols Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and laundry items; reorder as needed to maintain smooth operations Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards Oversee laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens and uniforms Implement and enforce health and safety regulations related to custodial work and chemical handling Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event preparations Requirements Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or janitorial services within a hospitality or hotel environment Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, laundry processes, and custodial best practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical use and equipment operation Join us in creating inviting spaces where guests feel comfortable and valued!
