Executive Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality service. Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards for cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Coordinate floor care activities including cleaning, waxing, and polishing of various surfaces. Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Address any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, inspections, and inventory reports. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hospitality or hotel environment. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff at all levels. Familiarity with floor care equipment and techniques is preferred. 5 years housekeeping experience with at least 2 years housekeeping management experience required.
