Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to support operations throughout Illinois and Indiana. As our company continues to grow across the Midwest, we're looking for a dependable and motivated leader who can help maintain quality standards and guide cleaning teams across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who enjoys hands-on leadership and wants to grow with an expanding company.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support janitorial staff at various commercial locations Ensure cleaning services meet company and client expectations Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations Maintain strong communication with clients and management teams
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Weekend availability may occasionally be required
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role Commercial cleaning/janitorial experience required Valid driver's license required Strong communication and organizational skills
