Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will support the overall management of the housekeeping department in the absense of the Executive Housekeeper, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will help foster a welcoming environment by supervising cleaning operations, coordinating laundry and custodial services, and maintaining efficient housekeeping workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant hospitality setting where excellence and guest comfort are at the forefront. Responsibilities Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations across all hotel areas Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards and safety protocols Coordinate cleaning schedules, including room turnovers, public area maintenance, and special cleaning projects Manage laundry services for guest linens, staff uniforms, and hotel textiles with efficiency and attention to detail Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure quality standards are met Train and mentor housekeeping team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and custodial equipment while managing procurement processes Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning practices Supervising experience in a hospitality or janitorial environment with demonstrated leadership skills Knowledge of laundry operations and hotel housekeeping procedures Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills to lead teams effectively and ensure guest satisfaction Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional cleanliness and service! From $14.00 per hour
