Responsibilities Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff, providing guidance on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Oversee cleaning tasks across guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques. Ensure proper floor care, including carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and floor polishing to maintain a pristine appearance. Coordinate with other departments to meet special requests or accommodate VIP guests promptly. Conduct quality inspections to verify that cleanliness standards are consistently achieved and maintained. Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage. Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and janitorial practices. Hands-on experience with floor care techniques such as carpet extraction, polishing, and industrial cleaning methods. Previous supervisory or management experience in housekeeper management or hospitality settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of industry standards for cleanliness, safety protocols, and sanitation practices. Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive attitude and high energy levels.
