Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and developing hourly staff. Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department Planning, organizing, and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction. Supervises all housekeeping employees hires new employees as needed, discharges employees when necessary and take disciplinary actions when policies are not followed Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within the Housekeeping department.
