In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of hygiene, and foster a welcoming environment for all guests. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold safety protocols, and promote a culture of excellence within our hospitality setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong organizational skills, and thrives in a dynamic team environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, standards, and procedures aligned with brand quality expectations. Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance levels and professional development. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; manage procurement and cost control measures. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with front desk and guest services teams to address guest requests promptly and resolve any issues related to cleanliness or maintenance. Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar hospitality environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse staff and guests. Bilingual proficiency is a plus for enhancing guest relations and team communication. Knowledge of hospitality industry practices, including guest services, front desk operations, and resort standards. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
