This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the hotel, supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting daily hotel operations. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of motivating a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand cleanliness standards Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linens Respond promptly to guest requests and service issues Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hotel procedures Coordinate with front desk and maintenance departments for room readiness Monitor labor productivity and department performance Assist with cleaning duties when necessary Qualifications Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience preferred Hospitality or hotel experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds Knowledge of hotel cleanliness and safety standards

Pay:

$16.75 - $17.00 per hour
